Café Pinson

Tucked down a narrow Haut Marais side street, this stylish cafe with an interior by celebrity designer Dorothée Meilichzon sees a fashionable lunchtime crowd flock for its organic vegetarian and vegan dishes such as beetroot-stuffed squash with vegetable crumble and chia pudding with cranberry sauce. Freshly squeezed juices are excellent, as is Sunday brunch (noon and 2.30pm).
