Aleph

Le Marais, Ménilmontant & Belleville

Chef Myriam Sabet brings a modern twist to traditional levant pastry. Her exquisite creations include kadaïfi croustillants (crunchy angel-hair pastry) in flavours such as lemon and cardamom or sumac and dark chocolate; feuilles (layered puff pastries) such as pistachio and orange blossom, walnut and cinnamon or morello cherry and almond; and petite fruit-and-nut bars like chestnut, apricot and candied lemon.
