Reimagined four times a year, the menu features local products such as Orléans mustard, Sologne truffles and Surôtin, an aperitif made with sureau flowers macerated in red or white wine. Specialities include duckling perfumed with coffee and, for dessert, poached pear drizzled with chocolate sauce.
