Charred aromas waft from this former barber shop (hence the name, the Smoking Barber), which now houses a ground-floor butcher and upstairs restaurant specialising in premium meats (pork knuckle, lamb shoulder, beef ribs) and poultry (pigeon, duck) smoked onsite over beechwood. There's a handful of tables next to the butcher's counter, and more out on the terrace.
A second location on the eastern side of Gare Lille-Europe opened in 2018.
