Opened in 1913, this venerable establishment has 60 spacious rooms with high ceilings, all-marble bathrooms, gilded picture frames and a mix of inlaid-wood antiques and ultramodern furnishings. Higher-priced rooms have sweeping views of place du Général de Gaulle. A lavish buffet is laid on at breakfast (€16).
