L'Artisan Nougatier

One of Montélimar's most renowned artisan nougatiers, Pierre Bonnieu concocts some truly excellent nougat with carefully chosen ingredients, including local honey and almonds. All sorts of nougat are available at the boutique, and factory tours can be arranged.
