Les Minotiers

The Pyrenees

This affordable hotel in Mirepoix has clean and simple rooms with big windows, just a short stroll to the village centre. Though the design is fairly generic, it's hard to beat the prices. The on-site restaurant (menus €17 to €38) earns high marks for its Pyrenees-inspired fare (try the pastry-covered lamb with morels).
