The citadel location bumps up the prices considerably, but this is one of the better establishments for traditional cassoulet (rich bean, pork and duck stew), fish dishes and beef fillet. The restaurant's smart dining room has polished wooden floors and cream-coloured chairs and tables, but the best seats are in the vine-draped courtyard beside an old well.
