Book ahead for a seat with in-the-know locals in the soft, cream-stone dining room where charming waitstaff serve delicious local cuisine. It's renowned for its grenouilles fraîches en persillade (frogs' legs in butter and parsley), but the filet de sandre (pike-perch fillet) and the poulet de Bresse (local chicken) are equally tempting. The shady terrace is a plus in summer.
