Of the few eating options within the citadel, A Candella stands out for the stupendous views from its romantic, golden-hued stone terrace, strewn with pretty flowers in pots and olive trees. The food tends to be Corsican hearty, with rich sauces on chunks of meat and fish, but they do decent salads if you fancy lingering over a light lunch.
