Chez Huguette

When only fresh seafood will do, inspect the outdoor display then bag a waterfront table at Chez Huguette. Set slightly apart from the main restaurant row at the Vieux Port, and posher than the rest, its white-tablecloth dining has been enjoyed by Bastians since 1969. For a real treat, opt for locally caught langouste (spiny lobster; €20 per 100g).
