L'Arpège

Colmar

Discreetly tucked away at the back of a courtyard in a 15th-century house and with pretty garden seating when the weather is fine, L'Arpège places the accent on well-balanced, organic food. It's a convivial spot for dishes ranging from salads through to roast lamb with thyme jus and rabbit cooked in red wine. There's also a separate vegetarian menu.
