Le Clos de l'Abbaye

Top choice in Burgundy

At this handsome old house directly across the square from the abbey, the three spacious, comfortable and stylishly decorated bedrooms and two family-friendly suites are flanked by a lovely garden with facilities for kids. Gracious owners Claire and Pascal are excellent tour advisers who direct guests to little-known treasures. There's a wonderful Saturday morning market just outside the front door.
