L'Académie de la Bière

One of the liveliest places in Chartres of an evening is this fabulous pub. It takes its beer seriously (nine rotate on the taps, with more than 150 by the bottle) and also serves a wide range of whiskies and rums. Live music regularly rocks the vaulted stone cellar.
