This recently launched spin-off of Au Fil du Zinc, Chablis' top table, offers the classic bistronomique experience – gastronomic dining with bistro atmosphere and prices. Run by a trio of Japanese chefs who honed their skills in Michelin-starred restaurants, it serves up everything from Burgundian meat-based classics to oysters to local trout.
