Japanese chef Akira Nishigaki, who runs the widely acclaimed L'Ourson qui Boit just next door, opened this shiny pastry shop in 2016. It offers a mouthwatering selection of tarts and other goodies that mix French savoir-faire and Japanese flavours. A few examples include include yuzu tart, green tea and red-bean tart and choux (pastry puffs) with green-tea-flavoured cream filling. Simply divine.
