La Table Gayot

Sitting on one of Strasbourg's prettiest squares, surrounded by a veritable feast of half-timbered houses, this bistro is a fine pick for an alfresco lunch or a cosy dinner. On the meaty menu: nicely prepared dishes such as fillet of beef with pinot-noir sauce and lamb knuckles cooked with tarragon. There's a separate menu for les petits.
