Vausti

Kotka's finest dining is at charcoal-hued Vausti, attached to Kotka’s concert hall. The seasonal menu highlights local produce: sample the catch of the day, caught by the staff fisherman; pork rib from nearby Kaartila farm; or beef entrecôte from the local butcher. Vegetarians are looked after with dishes such as grilled cauliflower 'steak' with cider sauce and fried tofu.
