On the top of Kamppi shopping centre, this classy venue makes the most of the inspiring city views. It's divided into three sections, with a bar area – a great spot for a sundowner – and two dance floors, one of which (the name, Kirjasto, or Library, gives it away) is quieter. Over 22s only.
