With a menu boasting flavoursome, flaming hot dishes from India, Fiji and Thailand, Sitar is a standout restaurant, even in a curry-mad town like Nadi. All the universal favourites are on the menu, or give goat or local seafood dishes a try. Good value banquets are available, as is a wide selection of vegetarian options. It's noisy, but in a fun way.
