Adam Reid's exquisite Modern British cuisine is considered one of Manchester's culinary highlights, especially if you opt for one of the three tasting menus. The room is dark and moody, the soundtrack indie rock, but the food is wonderfully subtle and beautifully presented. Reservations are very much recommended.
