This innovative museum examines the history of El Salvador's civil war (1981–1992), beginning with the long-term context of the 1920s struggle for agrarian reform and the coffee workers' rebellion of 1932. Exhibits include the testimonies of civil war survivors presented through various audiovisual means; there is also a gallery dedicated to the underground guerrilla radio station Radio Venceremos. Displays are in English and Spanish.
