Il Pasticcio

Paolo, the Italian owner here, is full of character, and he's been welcoming Santiago’s powerful and bohemian alike since 1995. Curiously decorated with a range of objets, and playing a soundtrack of '80s metal, the restaurant is a reflection of his personality. The menu of fresh pasta, meat and seafood is good, if a little out of context.
