Ché Fè

Copenhagen

A proper Italian restaurant, with a northern Italian chef and mostly organic ingredients. While the fish is fresh and local, much of the produce comes from the Bel Paese (Beautiful Country). Dishes are clean, seasonal and influenced by various corners of Italy, whether it's decadent, northern-style ravioli with almonds and Gorgonzola or light, southern-style baked fish with peppers, olives and Tropea onions.

The Sole menu (385kr) is good value, consisting of three antipasti, a first course and second course. Wines focus on organic drops from smaller producers, with wine pairings available. Gracious service to boot.
