Bohemia

Central Tábor is home to one of only a handful of Uyghur restaurants in Central Europe and offers the chance to sample Turkic-influenced Central Asian dishes like plov, rice pilaf topped with shaved beef, and a crunchy pomegranate-carrot salad. The dishes come out of the kitchen unseasoned, but use the hot-pepper and homemade vinegar sides to spice them as you wish.

The atmosphere is casual, with white walls and blue accents. The number of tables is limited so it's best to book in advance.
