This tiny butcher has little more than a clutch of stand-up tables, but has been at the forefront of Prague's rush to embrace the foodie philosophy of high-quality, locally sourced meat for the past few years. The menu offers some of the best Czech meatloaf, hamburgers and handmade sausages you'll taste in the city – expect to queue at lunchtime.
