The Eatery

The Eatery is the best restaurant in eastern Holešovice, hands-down. The sophisticated space, bathed in steel and tones of grey, shuttles out local, seasonal dishes from an open kitchen. Think Czech food, but with a modern twist – braised beef with potato purée and bone-marrow crumble, or pheasant. The wine menu is delightfully long.
