Štramberk Municipal Brewery

The Štramberk Municipal Brewery is the real centre of activity, offering its own light and dark beers as well as bar snacks and full meals. Be sure to try Štramberské uši (Štramberk ears), conical ginger biscuits with honey and spices, usually served with cream. According to legend, the ears originally belonged to unfortunate Tatar prisoners of war.
