The folks at the Long Story Short hostel opened this ambitious restaurant at the end of 2019. The idea is locally sourced, Czech dishes given a minimalist gloss and a touch of Asian spice. Diners can choose from several 'small plates' for sharing tapas–style, or bigger full-meal portions. The sleek interior is all white walls, concrete floors and wooden tables.
