With possibly the most all-encompassing menu of Varadero's private restaurants, Salsa Suárez impresses with its salubrious greenery-covered patio and ultra-professional never-miss-a-beat service. Food influences are all over the map (tapas, quesadillas, risotto, sushi and good old Cuban lobster), but it's consistently good, right down to the details – complimentary bread baskets and excellent Italian-style coffee.
