Locals line up for strudel and decadent cakes at this Austrian-run cafe. After so much comida criolla (Creole food), travelers embrace the international menu featuring chicken cordon bleu, schnitzel and garbanzos stewed in tomato sauce with bacon. It's all good. The setting, stuffed with heavy colonial furniture, is a bit claustrophobic, but there's also patio dining, complete with fountain-fed pond.
