The menu of this upmarket hotel restaurant covers a lot of bases (pasta, pizza, fish), but meat is the star player. Traditional treats include turkey on gnocchi-like dumplings and, in summer, veal and potatoes slow-cooked under a peka (traditional domed baking lid).
