Caffe Uliks

A statue of James Joyce greets you at the entrance to this bar named after his famous novel (which occupies the ground floor of a building where Joyce taught English). Inside it's all brass, backlit stained glass, dark wood and maritime knick-knacks – which would be pleasant if it weren't for the thick fug of cigarette smoke.
