El Sano Banano

Montezuma

A well-run hotel in the center of town. Although its many businesses take up an entire city block, it has just 12 prim and comfortable rooms with whimsical paint jobs. Many rooms do not have windows, but the walls are adorned with trees, flowers and ocean views.

Guests may use the Ylang Ylang Resort pool for free.

The attached restaurant has appetizing baked goods and chocolates, and an inviting terrace on the main drag. It’s also worth showing up in the evening when the restaurant shows nightly films and there's live music in the garden out back.
