Shangri-la Lamtin International Youth Hostel

Institutional hostel just off Sifang Square that has comfortable and great-value dorms with big lockers and bathrooms (squat toilets), as well as private rooms that come with western-style thrones. Not much English is spoken but the staff are helpful.
