Luō Luō Bīng Wū

This buzzing local spot has Jinghongers flocking here for the cheap and tasty rice-noodle and fried-rice dishes, many of them served cold. There's also a huge selection of fruit juices, iced coffees, shakes and Taiwanese-style (and large enough to share) Luo Luo Special Shaved Ice desserts (啰啰特制刨冰, Luōluō Tèzhì Bàobīng; ¥18) that are perfect for cooling off. There’s a delightful open-air area out back.
