This newish place gets great reviews, and the dorm beds are certainly among the most comfortable in Dali. All the rooms are sizeable and have decent bathrooms, while there's a roof terrace with views towards the lake and mountains, and a basic restaurant. It's 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town at the northern end of Yeyu Lu.
