The lobby at this strongly Uyghur influenced place is a symphony in marble, though the initially rather garish impression gives way to far more neutral, well-appointed – if swiftly ageing – rooms. All come with fridges and flat screen TVs, while some even have computers. It’s a couple of blocks southwest of the main square in a lively area full of restaurants.
