Goa Nights

With lotus-shaped light stencils on the walls, intimate Goa is a cocktail bar that plays on the Portuguese-India theme. The menu, resembling an ancient map, introduces nine aromatic concoctions that allude to Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama through ingredients such as raw turmeric and chorizo fat. The most interesting, we felt, was the smooth, fruity and spice-fragrant 'Lisbon'.
