Duddell's

Top choice in Hong Kong

Light Cantonese fare is served in riveting spaces enhanced by artwork at this one-Michelin-starred restaurant-gallery. There's a graceful dining room, marble-tiled ’50s salon and leafy terrace; it's a lovely spot to splash out on exquisite dishes such as barbecued Ibérico pork with honey. Style-wise the contemporary setting blows far outweighs the competition; the sommelier is also excellent.

The weekend brunch (HK$988, noon to 3pm) with free-flowing champagne and all-you-can-eat dim sum is an indulgent treat. As an art gallery, it also hosts regular lectures, talks and screenings.
