Bingsheng Taste

This marvellous restaurant, one of several branches of Guangzhou's highly regarded chain that also boasts upmarket editions like Bingsheng Mansion and 'Little Bingsheng' (小炳胜, Xiǎo Bǐngshèng), serves hit after hit. Along with delectable Cantonese roast goose, pork and rice-noodle stir-fries, you can savour the freshwater-fish dishes of Shùndé (a town south of Guangzhou) and Cantonese-style sashimi (剌身, cìshēn).
