Museo Violeta Parra

One of the most influential folk musicians on the continent, Violeta Parra was also a prolific artist and the first South American woman to have a solo exhibition in the Louvre. This biographical museum, opened in late 2015, showcases 23 of Parra’s embroidered masterpieces and highlights the Chilean’s wide-reaching artistic, social and cultural legacy.
