Swanky and priced to match, the city's highest licensed patio has arguably Toronto's best views outside the CN Tower. It's in the Manulife Centre, a mall and residential building, and unlike the tower, it has no admission fee, though you're well advised to drop some cash on a martini or a meal. Look for the elevators next to the Cineplex.
