Le Pied Bleu

Québec City

This bistro in a one-time clothing factory in working-class St-Sauveur is a Québécois take on a Lyonnaise bouchon, which means it serves such meaty fare as andouillette sausage made from pork or veal, duck-liver pâté, roast pork and the signature quenelles (fish dumplings). The blue-and-white space is a delight, with adorable shopfront seating and places at the counter.

Check out the original pressed-tin ceiling as you enter.
