Bügel Fabrique de Bagels

Don't be fooled by the title: there's more than plain bagels ($3.60) at this cute neighborhood nook in situ since 1987. More accurately, imagine bagels and then some: served with Brie or goat's cheese, or au gratin with ham and asparagus, or topped with smoked salmon or turkey. Ingredients are locally sourced, and the strong coffee kicks like a mule.
