The Table Culinary Studio

Under the stained glass and wooden beams of the old New London United Church, this place is part cooking school, part fine-dining restaurant. Chef Derrick Hoare provides custom culinary courses exploring everything from bread-making to PEI potatoes, and every evening there's a slap-up island-themed supper served on platters at the central harvest table.
