This loosely Viking-themed brewpub has been riding high since it opened in 2017, brewing experimental small batches of beer every Thursday, running brewery tours, earning praise from local beer connoisseurs for their Søsken stout, plus their IPA, blonde ale, red ale and braggot (barley and honey beer), and serving a wonderfully balanced pint of a hardcore IPA (IBU 104).
