If you want to sample Malpeque's legendary bivalves, this harborside fisher's barn in Kensington is the place to do it. Experienced eaters take them straight-up raw, fresh-shucked with maybe a twist of lemon; first-timers might perhaps prefer pan-fried with a sauce. If oysters aren't your thing, there are other dishes like fish tacos, lobster rolls and fried haddock, too.
