With a bona fide Swiss chef (Hans Sauter) in the kitchen, this cute-as-a-button 24-seat wood-paneled stübli is the perfect reward after a chilly day on the slopes or an exhilarating high-country hike. Traditional cheese fondue shares the menu with fondue bourguignonne (beef tenderloin cooked in hot oil, $130) and chocolate fondue ($29). One order serves two to three people.
