Sok San Beach Bungalows

Koh Rong

Travellers looking for a slice of old-school Koh Rong beach life will revel in the spartan solitude of this place, which comprises 10 rickety huts with rudimentary bathrooms and an overwater restaurant serving Khmer and Western food. Note that several similarly simple bungalows nearby have attempted to steal its name; look for the one owned by Australian Julian.

Like virtually everything in Sok San village, it closes down during rainy season (June to September).
